Global and Digital Transformation Leader
Audrey Lemmert is an organizational transformation expert with extensive experience in strategic planning and project execution for global, multicultural and digitally connected business environments. In managing diverse change management initiatives, Audrey has successfully aligned teams, departments, and geographies to ensure operational efficiency and organizational performance. Her past roles include transformation projects within the HR, Finance, Operations, and General Management functions at Anheuser-Busch InBev, Amalgamated Industries, and Plan International.
She currently leads global IT Employee Experience at L’Oréal. With her team, she completed a global change initiative in collaboration with Business, IT, HR and Communication departments to digitalize the workplace for 80 000 employees. This included raising the awareness and adoption of new tools, and introducing new collaborative ways of working.
Having lived in a number of countries across Western and Eastern Europe, Audrey has experience in implementing organizational transformation projects across different cultures, including long-term assignments in Hungary, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Belgium, and France. A native of South Africa, she holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD, an MBA from RSM Erasmus University, and a Bachelor degree from University of Cape Town.
