Marine Thibault

Global Transformation and Design Leader

Marine Leroux Thibault is a Transformation and Design Leader at Global Minds Network. She brings two decades of experience in innovation and design with a focus on user experience, design thinking, and digital technologies. She is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur who has led international design initiatives at Thomson Reuters, Adobe, Capgemini, and BNP Paribas, in addition to creating a successful digital design studio that delivered online solutions for numerous tech clients in Europe and the United States.

Marine is currently an international consultant, speaker, and coach in user experience design and innovation by design, based in Silicon Valley. In prior roles, she headed Thomson Reuters’ global mobile design organization as well as product innovation design within the TR Labs, helping to build the company’s innovation arm by accelerating digital transformation with big data, AI, machine learning, and virtual reality, for the financial, legal and academic industries. She was the founder of Bamboudesign, a digital consulting studio based in Paris and San Francisco, designing and building web applications and some of the first iOS applications. She also led strategic co-creation, localization, and digital transformation projects for Adobe, Capgemini, and BNP Paribas, including the development of Macromedia’s (now Adobe) first European online sales platforms.

Marine is an advocate and facilitator of Design Thinking and Google Venture’s Design Sprint workshops that accelerate the discovery of breakthrough new business ideas. Having launched the iOS Network Lounge in San Francisco and actively mentoring design professionals, she is passionate about new technologies as a means to dramatically improve people’s lives and positively impact the world. She is a regular speaker on innovation, design thinking, user experience design, as well as equality and inclusion in the workplace. Marine earned two Bachelors degrees, International Marketing from West Chester State University in Pennsylvania, and Communications and Advertising from De Bissy Group University in Paris.
