Stephan Coridon

Stephan Coridon is an International Executive Coach and Transformation Thought Leader at Global Minds Network. He brings 20 years of international experience as an executive coach, business facilitator, and management consultant, working across a range of industries and businesses in Europe, Middle East and Africa. With an extensive career in Leadership and Cultural Transformation, he has helped C-level teams and Leaders implement new mindsets and ways of working in their organization. He has coached executives in a variety of industries including aeronautics, IT/IS, tourism, financial services and large retailers: Airbus Group, Accenture, AGCO Finance, Hewlett-Packard, Salesforce, VMWare, 3M, LIDL, Schneider Electric, Sony, Thales.

Stephan has successfully helped organizations develop and enhance leadership performance through a unique blend of coaching, training, and consulting. He specializes in conducting Soft Skills for Leadership Transformation programs which helps leaders and teams develop human-centric behaviors that optimize their hard skills for complex challenges. His primary role is to provide leadership development, management consulting, and coaching to leaders and teams as well as program development and project management for the execution of leadership and high-potential development. In addition to developing tailored programs and individual strategies, he leads and facilitates solutions and experiences to increase organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, culture development, and leadership capability.

With a great interest in developing the future generation of leaders, Stephan founded Anansi Mentoring Academy, a Pan-African NGO aimed at transforming Leadership Mindset and behaviors through African-centered mentoring, training and coaching programs.

Stephan holds certifications and accreditations from recognized global executive coaching and development organizations, including Certified Master Facilitator by FranklinCovey International; Certified Coach by Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching; Executive Coaching Certificate by INSEAD Global Leadership Centre; Intelligent Leadership Certified Coach by John Mattone International; and Professional Certified Coach by International Coaching Federation. He holds an MSc in Business Consulting and Organizational Behavior from Dauphine University in Paris, France.
