Zornitsa Yordanova

Dr. Zornitsa Yordanova is an International Digitalization and Innovation Thought Leader at Global Minds Network. An accomplished academic and business expert with 15+ years of experience, she is an international consultant, project leader and scientist in the fields of Technology and Innovation Management, Digitalization of Business Processes, Organizational Innovativeness, Management of Corporate Innovation Processes, and Intrapreneurship. Author of The Business Innovation Book, she has published over 40 articles in the fields of Technology and Innovation Management.

In business, she has led new initiatives for organizational change and digital transformation. She currently enjoys three roles: (1) Project manager for international large-scale ICT projects, (2) Trainer and consultant in projects focused on innovation management and digital transformation, and (3) Startup co-founder of GAPideaz – a software solution for digitalization of organizational innovation processes of corporates and ZoYo Cards – digital contact / business cards. Her previous work experience includes different ICT/Innovation project roles for international organizations such as Raiffeisen Bank, Postbank, Eurobank EFG Group, Hitachi Energy, BNP Paribas, KBC Bank, Baumit.

In academia, she is an Associate Professor at the largest economic university in the Balkans, the University of National and World Economy, where she teaches Innovation and Technology Management. She has also served as guest lecturer on innovation management at the Universita degli Studi Internazionali di Roma in Italy, University of Nicosia in Cyprus, University of Alicante in Spain, and Universidade Autonoma de Lisboa in Portugal. A TEDx speaker, Zornitsa is the host of The Future is Now, a YouTube Channel for Innovation and Technology. She earned her Masters and PhD Degrees from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, Bulgaria.
